alas my youth it floats away
it hops and prances from my hands
each pound and thump like iron brands
another year upon my being
a burning number known, not seen

but I do know and I do see
I wish that this just would not be

I want my youth I want it back
that innocence that I now lack

As mister sun brings dull new day

Youthful whim, see how they swim!

This is beautiful. I love the color scheme as well. Octopi! homg and a violing. The composition looks really well thought out, too. <3

Oh, I love this: it looks like an illustration straight out of a children's book. :) I really like the colour scheme and the little characters - especially the lighter octopus, it's adorable.

You have a way with shapes an drawing in general that is incredibly whimsical, but at the same time, gives me a feeling that there's more beneath the surface. I have nothing to say but that I love it. Oh, and that I really like the octopus in the bottom left corner.
